In this capacity, DOM aims to enhance productivity through the following measures:

PMO Scope
- Plan & oversee the end-to-end project implementation.
- Collaborate with all stakeholders and validate the scope, project requirements and dependencies.
- Create and maintain work breakdown structure (WBS).
- Proactively monitor, report and react to progress, risks, and faults, if any.
- Continual communication with project’s stakeholders, (from vendors, contractors, and business partners), throughout the project to ensure a seamless delivery on project’s milestone.
- Establish and maintain project timelines and working progress (track & trace construction activities)
- Coordinate with the project construction manager and commercial manager to define, assess and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Make sure that all project lifecycle stages are well implemented, validated, and reported to the project steering committee members.
PMC Scope
- Coordinates the execution of pre-construction activities associated with preparation for the construction site.
- Construction manager and team will work directly with the project director on the scope, schedule, budget & planning.
- Provide overall project progress status, and updates.
- Coordinates with working representatives (suppliers, contractors, subcontractor, engineering supervision/consultants, etc.) to ensure a timely successful completion delivery.
- Assist project team with vendor contracts and bids.
- Ensure project deadlines are hit through meticulous tracking & communication.
Commercial Scope
- Call for Bids: contribute to the bidding process, vendor assessment & selection.
- Procurement operation and material ordering
- Contracting & supplier agreements
- Change orders & invoicing
- Cost analysis, efficiency and smart spending
- Build, develop and manage vendor relationships.
